Follow four students as they try to figure out why their homework is so difficult to manage. Each students faces a different problem: One is overwhelmed by too much homework, another has too many after-school activities to juggle, another is a procrastinator, while the fourth student is having emotional troubles that makes it hard for her to concentrate.

This program teaches students how to choose the rights food portions and to avoid "supersizing" at fast food restaurants. Using easy-to-understand analogies, children learn how to visualize proper portion size. For instance, a protein portion should be about the size as the palm of your hand.

This engaging video or DVD combines animation and live-action segments to help young viewers understand the difference between tattling (which aims to land someone else in trouble) and telling (which aims to help someone solve a problem).

Join Tyler, Vanessa, Sam and Michelle, four friends who have been buddies since kindergarten, as they begin to observe and understand puberty. These boys and girls notice changes in themselves and each other--physical changes, emotional changes and changes in how they react to one another. In school, their health teacher, Mr. Saulson, leads them in their study of puberty.

Each character trait is represented with three different profiles of truly amazing kids and hosted by a diverse, multiethnic group of students from around the country.
