Teaches the sounds of the letters and how to build words. Helps children learn the sounds of the alphabet. Indirectly teaches segmenting as well. Two levels of challenge are available. The Word Building section has a limited alphabet for building words. The Moveable Alphabet section has the entire alphabet for building words. This app focuses on the skill of learning to spell words with three phonetic sounds with short vowel words.
