Tailored to teens, this program provides information about common fears and phobias and how the brain and the body (fight or flight response) function when teens are exposed to them. Explains the dividing line between normal fears and abnormal fears and explains when teens and young adults may need to get help. Real teens are seen interacting with a psychologist in a phobia clinic as typical fears, including fear of public speaking, social anxiety, fear of enclosed spaces, test anxiety, and panic attacks are explained. The psychologist describes both short and long term methods for controlling these fears.
